WMG FUNdraiser: Women Authors of Comedy Night

Help the Women’s Media Group raise money for their scholarship program supporting Women of color in publishing. Start the night with 2 free drinks and hors d’oeuvres during the evening’s networking hour. Then sit back for a stellar lineup of comedic authors. Featuring:

Literary Activism: A Conversation

Join author Crystal Hana Kim (If You Leave Me) and publisher Smokey (Combustion Books) for a conversation on enacting change within literature and the publishing industry. See ways in which their work has had meaningful impact, and learn ways yours can too!

If You Leave Me was recognized as the best book of 2018 by the ALA and the Washington Post.

Combustion Books is a publishing collective focused on genre fiction.
