“The Future of AI and the Author” (with Thad McIlroy)
Description
With the discovery and use of AI, so many of us have questions or feel a bit overwhelmed by the evolving technology.
It is hard enough to have a great platform and now is there the worry of your work being copied by someone else? What can a writer do to protect their work? Is traditional publishing still around?
Join us for The Future of AI and the Author Event, onApril 2nd at 7:00pm EST via Zoomwith publishing technology analyst and author, Thad McIlroy. This event will help answer some common questions about AI (Artificial Intelligence).
——What is AI? How does it work? How is it already in my life?
——I am just beginning to write my memoir, a novel, a cookbook or a non-fiction book…How could writers use AI as they draft their manuscripts? Or if they have already finished the draft?
—–Please give some examples of how AI could help me promote a book: if it is a memoir or other nonfiction; if it is fiction.
—–There are lots of concerning aspects of AI. Are there any particular steps you suggest everyone to take and/or which you suggest writers take to protect themselves and/or their work?
