Highlights from Literary and Commercial Fiction Panel

Like bees to honey, writers swarmed the Lilian Vernon Creative Writers House to attend a panel on Exploring the Intersection of Literary and Commercial Fiction held on March 27, 2015.

Cosponsored by the WNBA-NYC and the NYU, Creative Writing Program, both Harriet Shenkman (WNBA-NYC) and Joanna Yas, Reading and Special Programs Manager, (NYU) organized the event.

The panelists shared their honest opinions and offered the audience great advice about the publishing industry.

Seth Fishman, writer and literary agent at the Gernert Company

Melissa Flashman, literary agent at Trident Media Group
